Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using our mobile application LivePix (the "App") operated by optimus@2026 ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. All subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store via In-App Purchase using your Apple ID.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions and selecting LivePix. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement which governs your use of the App obtained through the Apple App Store.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of optimus@2026 and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall optimus@2026, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
